Our Pricing and How it works Pricing: We charge a simple flat fee for our service (with no hidden costs). The price includes the cost of the pre-assignment consultation, airplane, pilot, fuel, photographer and editing. You will receive a CD with 8 to 10 enhanced pictures of your property plus 4 x 6 printed proofs. The price for this package is $325 for one location within 100 miles of Gulfport (call for a quote on locations further away). If you have multiple locations that we can shoot in the same flight, we charge only $100 for each additional location. Construction progress shots weekly, bi-weekly or monthly are $225 per flight (within 100 miles of Gulfport. Call for a quote on locations further away.). What you will receive: Digital pictures will be taken from several positions and altitudes while circling your property at an altitude between 500 and 1000 feet. We take photos from the four compass points (North, East, West and South) as well as any special angles you request. We can also take a straight down, nearly vertical shot, from directly overhead if you wish. Let us know at the time of your order. We will select the best 8 to10 pictures, computer enhance and clean them up before loading the photos onto a CD. Along with your CD, you will be provided a set of 4x6 printed proofs. The ownership and copyrights for the pictures is retained by Gulf Coast Aerial Photography. However, you are allowed unlimited use of the pictures on the CD. In fact, you can email them, put them on your website, print them, make enlargements, postcards, business cards, whatever you wish. All we ask is that you do not sell them to anyone else. If you desire, we can also provide you with printed enlargements of any photo on the CD. Prints You can either make your own prints from your CD, or you can order them from us at

Our Product We are not an aerial survey mapping company . They take straight down shots, sometimes at very high altitudes, with very specialized equipment. We also do not provide pictures from satellites in outer space. The above two types of photographs are flat and lifeless. What we do provide is glamour shots of your property, home or business. These photos are shot from an oblique angle from 500 to 1000 feet, showing your property from a birds eye view. We usually shoot the pictures early in the morning or late in the afternoon, giving the pictures a 3D look, while providing unsurpassed detail. If you need an overview of a larger area of acreage, we will take the photos from higher altitudes (10,000 feet or more). We take up to 100 of photos of your property and then meticulously hand pick the best 8 to 10. Those chosen photos are then computer enhanced to give the very best colors, brightness and hues possible. Our turnaround time is very short. In fact, depending on weather conditions, we can usually get your photos to you within 24 to 48 hours of your order. Note: To provide the very best, quality aerial photos for you, we prefer to shoot the photos on clear, bright sunny days. Of course if you are time limited to get your pictures, we will shoot them on overcast days to speed things up. |
